To support grantee's initiative to acquire and manage water rights for restoration projects throughout the Colorado River Delta, work with partner organizations to implement the Minute 323 agreement between Mexico and the U.S., continue development of capacity and governance for the grantee and its water trust functions, and complete restoration of 155 acres at the El Chausse restoration site.
