For decades, the Price River ran through Helper City, Utah, but the community had largely lost access to it. Its banks were overgrown, old diversions disrupted the river and fish struggled to move upstream. Working together, residents and partners like Trout Unlimited used nature-based solutions to help restore the river. Today, people can fish, swim and float through town, wildlife has access to healthier habitat and a revitalized river is helping fuel new energy in the local economy.
