Alisha is a senior program support associate for the Education Program. Alisha is committed to solving problems efficiently and communicating solutions with empathy. She also believes that all data is good data, but that answers ultimately lie in good questions.

Prior to joining the foundation, Alisha received a Bachelor of Arts with majors in International Studies and Sociology from CUNY City College of New York. During her undergrad years, she worked for various education nonprofit organizations but she specifically highlights her work with the organization that she attended as a student for 12 years, Harlem Children's Zone.
