Anna Frances Chancellor-Paslay is a communications officer at the Walton Family Foundation, where she supports operational strategy, special projects, and systems management across the foundation's communications work. She partners with teams to streamline processes, enhance collaboration and deliver clear, effective messaging that advances organizational goals.

Prior to joining the foundation, Anna Frances worked in nonprofit development and advocacy at the Children’s Safety Center, with a focus on communication, grant writing and direct client support. She holds a degree in Communications from the University of Arkansas.
