Antwann Nourse is Director of Workplace Effectiveness, Belonging and Culture at the Walton Family Foundation.

In this role, Antwann leads organization-wide strategies to strengthen leadership development, team performance, and workplace culture. His work helps align people and teams, creating a more collaborative, high-performing environment that supports the foundation’s goals and deepens its impact in the communities it serves.

Antwann graduated with a bachelor’s in public health from Indiana University and earned his M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
