Antwann Nourse is Director of Workplace Effectiveness, DEI & Culture at the Walton Family Foundation.

Prior to joining the foundation, Antwann was the Senior Vice President of Global Diversity & Talent Management at Citigroup. He was responsible for leading the bank’s global diversity strategy, including efforts that helped Citi close the gender pay gap and achieve a more diverse and inclusive workplace for its employees. Antwann also served as the Global Director of Culture Initiatives for Aon, Plc. and has held several leadership roles driving organizational change and employee engagement.

Antwann graduated with a B.A, in Public Health from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs and earned his M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
