Judith Kim serves as Associate General Counsel, primarily supporting the foundation’s Environment program. Prior to joining the foundation, she was an attorney in the nonprofit organizations practice at a law firm in Washington, D.C., where she served as outside counsel for a range of tax-exempt entities and philanthropic clients on governance, operational, and tax matters. Judith holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
