Kay is a Program Support Associate for the Education Program, where she provides operational and programmatic support to advance effective grantmaking. She is an inaugural recipient of the foundation’s Recognizing Excellence in Grantmaking award.

Before joining the foundation, Kay was a Fellow at The Denver Foundation, supporting the Community Grants Program with a focus on Youth Well-Being. She holds dual B.A. degrees in Mass Communications and Sociology from UC Berkeley and a certificate from the Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility at the University of Colorado Boulder.
