Khyah Watkins is an Associate Program Officer on the Workplace Effectiveness, Belonging & Culture Team. In her role, she helps design and implement strategies that improve team collaboration, enhance operational systems and cultivate a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

Before joining the foundation, Khyah served as a Budget Analyst in the Early Learning and Care Division of the California Department of Education. There, she managed the distribution of state and federal funding for child development and nutrition programs across both public educational agencies and private nonprofit organizations.

Khyah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Psychology from San Diego State University. While completing her degree, she worked in the California public school system as a behavioral therapist for children with disabilities.
