Sharon is the coordinator for the Home Region Program, focused on team administrative support and service, schedule management, and event planning. Before joining the foundation, she was an executive assistant with Walmart Inc. and office manager for her family-owned business Northstar Engineering Consultants LLC.

Sharon holds an associate in applied science degree from Gadsden State Junior College.
