To support grantee's initiative to provide nonpartisan research and analysis to defend the key conservation provisions of the Magnuson Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSA) – the main fisheries management law.
To support grantee's expenses of establishing itself in Mexico, including opening an office, hiring an executive director and, working closely with the foundation and partners, building a work plan for the organization that aligns with the foundation's strategy to improve fisheries management in Mexico.
