To expand the existing State Teacher Policy Database (STPD) and Teacher Contract Database (TCD) to include policies affecting teachers in Puerto Rico, and to pilot a tool that will enhance local partners' use of the two databases to advocate for high-quality teacher policies
To support grantee's work to connect state-level education advocacy organizations with colleagues across the country to amplify their voices and maximize their impact
To create a public information and awareness campaign led by state and local chambers of commerce partnering with other equity-focused advocacy organizations in targeted states and districts experiencing the greatest need in closing the homework gap
The purpose of this grant is to support its Equitable Recovery Initiative to respond to the disproportionate impact of the COVID-19 on majority-minority communities.
