In support of the Water and Tribes Initiative to enhance the capacity of tribes to advance their needs and interests with respect to water and Colorado River management
Support for the Hutchins Water Center in continuing to educate farmers and ranchers about the challenges and benefits of water banking and demand management concepts; and to drive these interests towards consensus and solutions that will address their concerns of these water management tools
