Benenson Strategy Group and Echelon Insights conducted a national poll of 1,500 American women that explored their views of philanthropies and their experiences in the workplace.
The survey found that women leaders remain resilient and optimistic. Almost two in three women believe they can overcome challenges and rise to the top of their professions.
