In the Home Region Program, the Walton Family Foundation aims to measurably impact the quality of life for Northwest Arkansas residents through focused investments in four strategic areas: economic development and infrastructure, arts and cultural amenities, education, and projects that create a sense of place. The ultimate goal of influencing the quality of life for residents is to assist regional employers in their efforts to recruit and retain high-quality associates at all levels.
