The Briartown Cottages are a set of four model accessory dwelling unit (ADU) homes, owned and operated as affordable housing units by Community Development NWA. The design specifications and construction documents are available at no costs at briartowncottages.com to reduce the development costs and to encourage construction of more ADUs in Northwest Arkansas.
