Cara is a program officer for the Environment Program and based in the Washington, D.C. office. Cara joined the foundation from USAID where she was an international program specialist. Prior to her role at USAID, she worked as a budgets and contracts analyst for HarvestPlus. Cara received a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management from George Mason University.
