Luis is a communications deputy director. Before joining the foundation, he was the communications and marketing manager for the City of Little Rock. He has also worked for CJRW as an account supervisor managing advertising campaigns in higher education, economic development and public health sectors. Luis holds a double Bachelor of Science in marketing and business administration from the University of the Ozarks.
