Tina is a senior program officer with the Home Region Program, managing the foundation’s Delta Region portfolio. She joins the Home Region Program after supporting the foundation’s Education Program with strategy, learning and evaluation.

Before joining the foundation, Tina served as a postdoctoral research fellow for the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. Prior to studying education policy, Tina served as a social studies teacher in Washington, DC, a political fundraiser and an education consultant in the Arkansas Delta.

Tina holds a B.A. in Political Science and African American Studies from the University of Arkansas, an Ed.M. in Teacher Education from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
