The report examines lessons learned during the tenure of the Liquid Assets Project, a multi-year endeavor to explore avenues for bringing private capital to support sustainable water solutions for the Colorado River Basin. The Liquid Assets team makes some over-arching recommendations for how to move forward in increasing philanthropic, public, private and blended capital in sustainable water solutions for the West.
