A new survey by Morning Consult on behalf of the Walton Family Foundation demonstrates the importance of promoting sustainable seafood to protect the health of fish in the ocean now and in the future.
Gallup and the Walton Family Foundation, in partnership with clinical psychologist Dr. Lisa Damour, today released new survey results providing greater insight into parents’ experiences raising Gen Z.

Pastry chef Ana Sáenz launched her business, The Magical Spatula, after studying at Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food in Bentonville, Arkansas. While there, Ana gained critical training in culinary nutrition, artisanal food, beverage management and food entrepreneurship. “Brightwater brought so much value to my career. You really learn what food is all about,” Ana says.
Gallup and the Walton Family Foundation surveyed over 500 Arkansas Gen Zers. Arkansas Gen Zers are thriving at a level slightly below the national average for Gen Z, but they are more likely to say they know their core values and are engaged in several key areas of their education.
