Support for grantee to analyze targeted areas of certain federal agency budgets to identify specific funding for key and relevant federal water conservation programs for 2015-2017
To expand the number of participants enrolled in grantee's after school-based academic enrichment and youth development programming by 45 seats over three years, doubling in size to 90 students.
